Last week, VIU shared a deficit mitigation plan that charts a path for the university to return to balanced annual budgets in three years while prioritizing its continued commitment to student learning. Alternate pathways and wheelchair routes are marked. The pedestrian pathways surrounding the building are closed. This project is funded through a BC government grant and fundraising efforts.
